The property was fine. But no VIP perks were given

Good location, staff are nice & helpful, clean room, towels, comfortable bed.

Excellent staff and customer service. Junior suite was comfortable and spacious. Only complaints are that my room on 6th was in a wifi dead zone and my view out of the room was facing a wall and ac unit.

This was my second or third stay at this property - my company has held 2 Christmas parties there in the function room. On this visit, I arrived before my room was ready, so headed to the restaurant for lunch. Despite there being only 3 tables booked, my meal had not arrived almost 50 minutes after ordering. I asked for an update and was told it would be 5 mins. 5 mins later, I was told it would be another 5 mins. I advised them to cancel the order if it wasn't going to be ready, and voila! it appeared, and it was adequate. After lunch, I headed back to check in, and went up to my room, which stunk of musty old mould. Back down to the lobby in the interminably slow elevators, the front desk staff issued me a new room, which was exactly the same as the first. They offered air freshener. I persevered with the second room. I had to follow up repeatedly to get my luggage delivered. The function facility was excellent and we had a wonderful party, but I won't book that venue again if my guests and I can't stay on premises.

Location is very convenient. It is walking distance to malls and banks. Staffs are very friendly, helpful and respectful

My first few nights was good til the AC broke down in the morning and was told that it will take them 6 hrs or more to fix it. Requested for the same room size that I booked and was told that they are just waiting and will definitely give me the same room that I paid and will call me back. Informed them that we will go out that day and was told that we can go out and will call us back. I waited for a while just in case they will call back right away and so that I can check the room first. Finally decided after an hour to go out. Received a call back while out in the mall and was told room was ready. Got into the room with all my stuff since it was already night time and was so tired and was frustrated with the small room, low sink in the bathroom, The room was warm even though AC temp was put on the 16 room temp still remains on 25. Had to complain and informed of bad customer service because kept us waiting in the lobby for 15-20 mins without approaching or updating us of whats going to happen. Has to get upset first before they will provide a good customer service.

The hotel had maintenance issues, old, dark and dirty. Bath tub was falling apart, sink was clogged.

Disappointed for paying S$650+ for my whole stay. The space is actually huge, but overall the hotel is really old. Would have gotten a better room in another hotel with the same price.

The food for breakfast isnt repeated they always hve different varieties daily. I just noticed that the staff are more friendly and assistive to foreign guests than the locals the treatment and the way they talk and smile at foreign guests is different (i wonder why). Please get the issue of cockroaches harbouring in the rooms resolved its a big big turn off
