Stayed in the hotel for 8 days, NOT happy with the internet connection, it was a bad connection everywhere, staff are friendly especially Alyssa Comia for cleaning our room everyday, buffet was okay, same food most of the time. Location is good but overall I'm not happy, most of the people were tourist and I'm one of them so internet is very important to communicate with our family.

The room i was given was in good condition except for the last 2 days when the thermostat stopped working for one day - there was AC but could not change it to the desired temp. The AC stopped blowing air on the morning i checked out. I reported the thermostat issue to the front desk. The issue wasn’t resolved. I let it go since the temp was tolerable.

We have been staying there on and off for 15 years! No consistent Wifi or Hot water! But management made a huge effort to help! We will still come back!

Parking is very difficult. Especially when u are a new driver. They should improve it

The hotel is convenient location on what we needed. It’s so outdated, they need to do some renovations in the rooms and bathrooms. Carpets needs to be replaced. The breakfast buffet though was very good. I hope they can keep us with their other hotels.

The hotel is good. Reasonable enough to stay

This property was very friendly, I loved their staff. They were very helpful to us foreigners as well, in helping with Grab's and transportation to the airport. Will definitely use again.

Very professional staff and well maintained accommodation

It's an old hotel, but very well maintained. Breakfast was ok. View isn't much.

Few selection for the buffet. Podium is just across the hotel. Mega Mall is also near.
