Please note that our Historic Bed and Breakfast Properties include two buildings 1) Casa De Solana Bed and Breakfast (21 Aviles St) & 2) Victorian House Bed and Breakfast (Across the 21 Aviles St at 11 Cadiz St). Both buildings have uniquely decorated guest rooms and we check in all our guests at font desk of Casa De Solana at 21 Aviles St. We look forward to server you !Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Excellent location, charming environment, extra friendly staff. It’s so close to the quarter but very quiet and relaxing, even on busy weekends.

Parking is off site but very close. Staff does everything they can to accomodate.

"Fantastic location in the old city center !"

Fantastic staff !!! Great location, all infrastructure within walking distance. Accommodation very nice, bathroom excellent, bed very comfy and the sheets were even changed daily.

The masses of tourists present during Festival of Lights in the historical center, as well as the very obnoxious trolley tours constantly passing by (every one plays a different type of music).

"Lovely Stay at Cada de Solana"

Centrally located..can walk to restaurants, art galleries & shops. Plaza with wonderful light display is a short walk…another couple of block & you’re at the water. Many points of interest right in neighborhood. Staff very accommodating & hot breakfast each morning was delicious.Room very clean. Loved the social hour snacks & wine. Cookies were perfect ending to the night.

Parking is challenging. Streets in the historic district are narrow with many one ways. It is a very walkable location but if you have trouble walking on uneven pavement it may present a problem for you.Room was nicely appointed but I kept hitting my toes on the edge of the bed frame. Mattress was a bit tall for me (5’3”). I had to fling myself into the bed.

Cozy place, nice happy hour, nice room. Pleasant staff.

I didn't care for the breakfast, I like to have choices like french toast , pancakes or scrambled eggs.

The location is perfect to easily walk to local restraunts and museums! The actually room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the table setting was elegant and beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!

The desk clerk was super friendly, I wish I remembered his name. The cook and the clerk were great breakfast hosts, it was a treat. Both meals were awesome.
