Please note that our Historic Bed and Breakfast Properties include two buildings 1) Casa De Solana Bed and Breakfast (21 Aviles St) & 2) Victorian House Bed and Breakfast (Across the 21 Aviles St at 11 Cadiz St). Both buildings have uniquely decorated guest rooms and we check in all our guests at font desk of Casa De Solana at 21 Aviles St. We look forward to server you !Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Room was great. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Host was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there from now on when we go to St. Augustine. Bed was the most comfortable bed ever.

Shower drained really slow.

This was a great spot! Very central location - especially for the Night of Lights. Great restaurants just steps away! I loved the complimentary water, sodas and coffee all day. Breakfast was hearty and delicious and it was nice to have a second sweet course as well! Friendly attentive host! The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and it was quiet. My favorite part though was sitting in the sun on our balcony - so relaxing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

All of the one way streets make things tricky! It also would have been helpful to know that the entrance/unloading area could be accessed from Aviles St. or Cadiz St. rather than Charlotte St. which is where the GPS brought us. (We came in late at night). Although breakfast was exceptionally well done, all three mornings were egg based main dishes. I would have loved some pancakes or waffles in there and maybe some mimosas!
