Vista Waikoloa

Enjoyed our stay. Pool and staff excellent. Great location for beach at the Marriott and short drive to Hapuna. Unit a little dated, but we don't care. Twin beds too short. Kitchen and unit fully equipped.

This condo was a great place to stay. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities and rooms were kept very clean. I rarely sleep very well away from home, but slept great here (beds were very comfortable). We arrived early, and had purchased food (needed refrigeration). The staff let us into the room to put things in the refrigerator and freezer even though our room wasn't ready yet. They were great! I will definitely stay here next time I come.

コンドミですから、毎日飲食物の購入が必要ですが、近くに大型スーパーがないので結構遠出が必要です。 マリオット、ヒルトンに近くビーチ、ゴルフにも近いのでリゾートとしては良いです。 問題はベッドメーキングがなくタオル、シーツのクリーニングは自分でということでした。これはエクスペディアが事前に提供すべき情報だと思います。 設備では、冷蔵庫の製氷機能が故障していたとか電球が切れたとかありましたが、仕方ないことかもしれません。これらについて、スタッフはとても親切で、結果はともかく迅速かつ丁寧に対応してくれました。

This condo is only about 30 min away from Kona. It is very peaceful and everyone is friendly. The condo was really nice. It saves a lot of money to have a kitchen to cook all your meals in. It is adequately stocked with dishes & utensils. The 2 sliding glass doors that go out to the lanai make the living room so big and it is just stunning! The area is nice to go for a walk or run and you feel really safe. Less than a mile down the street is some nice shopping (macys, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany's). But you also have an ABC store with a little bit of everything. The beach parking by the shopping is free which is nice. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a week-long stay on our favorite Hawaiian island. This was our first stay at the Vistas but we have stayed in other Waikoloa area condos on previous vacations. We brought our three children ages 4, 9 and 13. There are many adventures suited for our entire family. We love being close to several beaches. We prefer to stay in a condo rather than a hotel because we like the kitchen and laundry facilities. The condo is spacious enough that we never felt crowded. It was like a home away from home. Upon arrival, we were told that there was a leak in the refrigerator ice dispenser. It was promptly repaired the next day, but the leak left a large wet spot on the carpet that remained there for days. We used a spare bath mat to soak up the water and were grossed out to see how dirty the water and carpet were. Since each unit is owned individually, the condition and decor will vary. Ours (unit A 203), is in need of updating especially the carpet and living room couch and chairs. Both were far dirtier than they should have been. On our walks around the complex, we could see other units that had been upgraded and looked to be better cared for than the one we had. These flaws did not detract from the fun we had on our vacation. I would definitely stay at this complex again, but request a different unit.

Before I entered the room, I just hope there are two beds in the room. However, I pushed the door, I felt everything is crazy. So larger rooms, so many rooms, besides my lovely golf play ground. Thanks very much.

A good condo with all the equipment you can think you might need to enjoy your stay. The air-conditioning was a bit noisy though.

Lovely grounds, super maintenance staff, meticulous upkeep. Condo interior well cleaned, much appreciated! Love the saltwater pool and spas-no heavy chlorine smell! Walkability was a huge plus! Only things were the ceiling vents in the bathrooms clanging when the wind blew(and it DID BLOW)-even on the second floor!?
