Vista Waikoloa

I was charged for breaking a screen door when I had not even opened the door. It was very windy and I suspect that the wind blew it down. The staff would not even consider that I was not responsible and unjustly charged my deposit. I was not happy.

We would recommend this facility to anyone. The grounds are kept impecible and the unit clean and well furnished. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. Mostly we found it to be a quiet and peaceful environment.

Love Hawaii! Probably would prefer Maui 1st & Kauai 2nd, but it's Hawaii, I'll take anywhere!!! The condo / hotel room was great. Perfect for having the kids with. Had distant view of the ocean, but great view, large condo, plenty of room, clean, with some beach equipment for us to use. Highly recommend it and Hawaii!

Our stay at Vista Waikaloa was an all-around good experience. The setting was beautiful and quiet, rooms were spacious and very clean with a lot of different amenities (as well as boogie boards for the kids to play with and some other outdoor equipment). We are already planning on staying here again.

We were very happy with the 2bdr apartment, very clean, spacious, great view and a large lanai. The location has a nice saline pool that is just the right depth and size for kids. The place is also very quiet and located close to all the shops in Waikoloa. We recommend it.

Very convinient appartment location from a walking distante to Nilton hotel, where we spent a day and with very convinient market placê. Located on 20 minute range from best beaches in the Island.

Everything ok except you can't even smoke outside on the patio!

We rented a 2 bedroom condo for a family of five. It was very large, nicely furnished, and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances were up to date. There was a large wrap around balcony with comfortable chairs and a table that overlooked the golf course. We were on the 2nd floor. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. We never saw anyone in our building. The condo was within walking distance to everything at the Waikoloa Resort including the shops, restaurants, and beach. We would definitely stay here again.
