"Unaccomodating accommodations"

Would not recommend.

No midweek restaurant operation, must travel for dinners even after some have already traveled extensively to get there based on how they present the inn thru reservation site, cannot use restaurant dining room for breakfast must eat in your room with no dinette only TV tray. No bottled water supplied for in room coffee maker, must order breakfast and weekend dinner from provided menu 8 hours in advance. Not recommendable not presented as advertised. Many other b and b's in area with full facilities, better view and better nightly rates for good or better value. For the price, bad. Should be first class. All cons reflect 2nd class establishment.

The location is close to beach. The surrounded small garden is beautiful.

You have to reserve the food from kitchen or go out for dinner. But there is closeby restraunt named Ledford.

Amazing place surrounded with beautiful garden. Magnificent views. Friendly, helpful and warm staff. Great restaurant. Wonderful breakfast. Very cozy place with relaxed atmosphere.

"Beautiful stay in Elk"

We had a wonderful stay. Staff was very nice, helpful, relaxed and knowledgeable. They were very enthusiastic. Dinner and breakfast were excellent in a small intimate setting. The hotel is historic and has amazing views, gardens and location in Elk.

"Exceptional"

Great for that intimate secluded get a away. Far from hustle bustle of town, left alone while at the Inn. Great private beach access, garden was well kept and food was above standard. Rooms were great but could use minor TLC, poor window function and single ply toilet paper were a couple inconveniences that seemed out of place with the rest of the experience.

"A wonderful gem on the coast and we’ll worth the cost when you’re looking to get away."

It was secluded and allowed some privacy while providing some breathtaking views.

There’s no cell service in the area but they provided wifi so I was able to make calls using wifi calling.

View of the beach and sound of the waves. Dinner and breakfast was delicious.

High cost for dinner, even if it was a Xmas dinner and certainly delicious.

Melissa is the best friend/owner/manager whom we have ever met. The rooms were elegant and the restaurant rivals anything nearby or even France.
