Friendliest staff entire stay, they went above and beyond in every way! Beautiful accommodations, clean rooms, little extras all around! Wine basket, happy hour, and best breakfast I have ever had at any resort all time! Views are out of this world! This hidden gem was the best part of my entire trip from Vancouver BC, through Washington and Oregon and California!!

"Great beach! "

We enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed by the fireplace that was advertised in our room: it was just an insert which did not generate any heat. But the view from our room was gorgeous and the room was very clean with a brand new bathroom. The best part was the beach: just down from the hotel is a gorgeous beach, and we took long walks with our dogs every day, thoroughly enjoying it. Breakfast was mediocre.

We had an AMAZING stay, even though they are working on the kitchen to restore the breakfast . The owner and stay gave us an upgraded room due to the inconvenience. The views, beach access in the cove, and charm of the room were outstanding. We will be back.

Beautiful location!! Nice and warm staff. The rooms themselves could be a little more updated, as they are very old-fashioned and felt a little too-worn-in.

We got one of the last rooms they had on short notice, and plan to come back and plan ahead for one of the ocean view rooms. This place is truly a gem. Absolutely gorgeous property and views. Breakfast was delicious. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Really an unexpected perfect experience in Elk!

Great location and food; however our room had thin walls and neighbors were extremely loud. Told innkeeper but no resolution and couldn’t move us. Patty said she would give discount but haven’t heard back from her now. I went on my birthday to sleep in and read but wasn’t able to. Wasted over $1,000 on misadvertised “relaxing getaway”. Very tired and upset. Hope they provide resolution as promised.
