Alaiye Kleopatra Hotel

Where do I start, we both contracted Covid while here my partner also contracted a nasty infection. Lots of coughing around while we were there. So we booked 14 days had approx 10 where we felt ok. We were perhaps unlucky, reception were spot on organised a doctor then the local hospital was really good, so if you do need help it’s there. Nicole is really quite lovely. No bottled water they want to charge you, my gripe is we don’t drink beer we have perhaps one two drinks max but all inclusive should offer bottled water. Good salads are plentiful, fruit on a morning is hit and miss. Please do t fry all your eggs in a rush then leave them Sat it’s much better to offer fresh eggs. No omelet option. I’d definitely say this is not a four star hotel decor is very early 80’s and tired. The great bits are the location just a short walk on your on the beach, the su. Sets are amazing. Smak offers great brunch options if you cannot face the all inclusive and I’d say we ate there every day a couple of lovely restaurants too for evening meals when you fancy real meat.

It was a wonderful stay. The people are great .The service was spotless. The hammam is amazing and the massages are surprisingly relaxing. I felt like in heaven after the massages. The waiters are nice, attentive, handsome and well-mannered. The food was also very good although I mostly focused on drinking Raki. The drinks were very tasty and rich in alcohol. The rooms are clean.The swimming pool is small but it was enough for me. It is a quiet place close to many attractions.I am going to visit this place once more in close future. I enjoyed myself very much.

Supposed to be disabled friendly! 9 steps from the street to reception, once inside there is a ramp to the bar,lift and pool areas but there are 3 steps down to pool area and several steps into the pool with a knee high hand rail. Food is dreadful.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. It's only 5 minutes on foot to the the beach. The place is surrounded by tons of restaurants and shops. Also if you go towards the mountain you can find living area and see more local culture.

WiFi works fine only on the ground floor. In our room it was very slow and unstable. Food is not so bad but from a 4 starts hotel I expect much more. Vegetables were always kind of "tired", juice is very bad - just water with sugar and flavor. No grain coffee, only instant one. The hotel feels very old. Doors, windows, furniture in the room everything looked so used. Right under the windows there is a restaurant which closes at 1 a.m. Since the rooms don't have nice sound isolation you will hear all the noises from outside (music, people speaking etc).

Debris in swimming pool along drain.....including old/used plasters.....pool needs the tiles cleaning and regrouting very dirty around swim up bar

Hotel is in a perfect location. Ladies at reception are welcoming and quickly resolv any question. Checkin was fast. A nice cat ( model tubby) called Kleopatra greets and guards you at times :). I had al inclusive and it was a good choice. Diningroom at top floor and always fresh sallads and fruits. Although I would not mind se more variations on fish and meatdishes. Poolarea nice with some broken sunbeds but clean pool and a cozy poolbar. Standard selektion of local spirits mixed w soft drinks. No longdrinks or cocktails are served. Likewise in Puzzle bar same kind of drinks. Animationprogram 3 days a week, not weekends. I will surley come here again.

The beds have been in better shape and pillows were like cottonballs clumped together. Unless u leave a tip , bins are only emptied but after tipping I got my own version of swanlake made of sheets on my bed. The sunbeds could have been serviced more often. One thing that put me off was that at 9 or 10 in morning while pooldeck was full, cleaningpersonel told us off to clean the whole deck, instead of doing it earlier the same morning as other hotels do.

This hotel is brilliant staff are fantastic and rooms and hotel spotless. If your choosy with food this may not be the right hotel for you but we found the food good with plenty of choice. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Air con very welcomed and even had my hair done at the hairdressers within the hotel.

I dont recommend this hotel, food was terrible everyday the same only thing that was good was pancakes other food was always in tomato sauce. Our AC was broken they came to fix after 3 days i said it was not cooling in room was 32 degrees so you couldn’t sleep. Very bad experience.
