Alaiye Kleopatra Hotel

Food is excellent, staff helpful and polite, lovely clean and inviting. Had my hair done whilst there and the young lady did an excellent job, just like it looks at home. She also gave me an excellent about cutting and shaping. I'll remember to tell my hairdresser when I get home. Beach guys were also brilliant. All in all a great holiday.

We really appreciated the cleanliness, kindness, and attentiveness, as well as the careful and dedicated service provided by the staff. The food was varied, the pool was clean

The Wi-Fi connection was sometimes unreliable, but that was really our only issue

Can't fault this hotel. Very central. Staff cannot do enough to help, very pleasant and helpful. Food variable and hot, something for everyone's taste. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Would definitely stay here again and recommend highly.

Great location to the beach clean, food hit and miss but usually always something nice . Service excellent.. Pool small but clean very sheltered so gets hot. Not many sunbeds . But there are some designated for the hotel with a small charge. Hotel .did lean towards the german and russian a little with entertainment . Very disappointed with TUI though. Absolutely no guide in hotel for locations to visit, local bus info etc infact no rep ! ....... you have to use the Tui app. Although a great location , it's a fair distance to site seeing places ...... good value though.

The staff were always cheerful and friendly – we felt truly welcome from the start. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. A special mention goes to the hotel’s hairdresser: very professional, super friendly, and perfectly understood all my wishes. I was really impressed with the result! Overall, an amazing experience. We’ll definitely come back!

We stayed at Alaiye Kleopatra Hotel & Apart for three nights to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had a warm and memorable experience overall. From the moment we arrived, Kader at the front desk made us feel truly welcome. She kindly upgraded our room, possibly due to our stay being for a special occasion, and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. I have a nut allergy, and Kader personally took me to the kitchen to speak directly with the chef—something I really appreciated. Her genuine care and positive energy made a lasting impression. She was always smiling, approachable, and even took the time to chat with us about herself, adding a lovely personal touch to our stay. The food exceeded our expectations. Although I had read some mixed reviews beforehand, we found the breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack bar to offer a good variety, especially the fresh fruit. There was always something I could eat, which was reassuring given my allergy. That said, we did choose to dine out a few times, just to mix things up and explore local options. One downside, unfortunately, was the constant pressure from Mehmet at the spa. He persistently tried to sell us a hammam massage, and his pricing was quite high compared to other places we found nearby. It got to the point where we felt a bit harassed. On our final day, he ignored us completely, which gave the impression that his friendliness was only motivated by sales—not the best note to end on. Despite that, the hotel itself was clean, well-located, and run by some genuinely caring staff like Kader. Her hospitality stood out and made our stay feel special.

We have stayed in Alaiye this year and we have to say most of staff is lovely and helpful , the hotel is clean and if you want it will be cleaned everyday of your stay with fresh towels and a washed floor . It is close to almost everything you might want and the rental of beach sunbeds and parasols is not too expensive and if you leave your towel on the sunbed and come back later you can do so . The only reasons we didn’t give it a 5 star is that the buffet upstairs was not to our liking ( but then again you can’t make everyone happy) however the downstairs snack bar which is open from 11:30 to 4 was great , the other thing is the member of staff working in the spa would make rounds everyday to try to get you to have a massage and therefore we just felt hounded a bit and started to avoid him .

Just got back from 10 nights at this hotel,been to Turkey many many times but not to this resort.It seemed like a good deal when we booked it last year,but we got what we paid for. We checked in and requested a safety deposit,we couldn't lock it so reported it to reception,a member of staff came to see if he could solve the problem but he couldn't he told us we would have to wait till the next day for the maintenance to come.He came the next day,put our valuables in but the same thing happened again,so back to reception to report it,told us we would have to wait for the maintenance man to come again..finally after 2 days it was sorted,the man on reception told us we wouldn't be charged for the 2 days that we couldn't use the safe.When we checked out they tried to bill us the full amount,when I told the woman on reception we were owed 2 days she said there was no record of the safe being broken and that I should have reported it..obviously if the maintenance man had been to it I had reported it,she said it was to late to ammend the payment because we were checking out, anyway finally she refunded the 2 days. The hotel is nice and clean but I don't think they cater for the"British"clientele,there wasn't many Brits there,mainly Turkish,Russians,Polish,Germans.We thought the food was terrible..who has soup and chips for breakfast?I know we were in Turkey but they need to cater for every nationality that stay there. The staff were lovely,especially Talas the barman,he really looked after us,always made sure we had our drinks topped up,very polite and chatty and always with a smile. We met some nice people who we will keep in touch with..would we return to this hotel...no definitely not.

lovely clean hotel staff are so friendly and helpful was my daughters birthday and kader even sorted her birthday cake out was lovely thank you so much kader for all ur help and support with everything

Ok breakfast, not amazing, but good range of options! And for food, there was a constant snack bar inbetween meals with options of pasta, salad, sandwiches etc so you didn't need to worry about being hungry.

The dinner options could have been better and the room could have been slightly bigger but for this price this was actually really great value!
