Alaiye Kleopatra Hotel

Snídaně byla velmi dobrá. Hotel se mi líbil, čistota v pokoji, v restauraci i po celém hotelu. Skvělá lokace v centru města blízko pláže

Trochu mne překvapila menší velikost pokoje. Očekávala jsem na základě publikovaných fotografií větší prostor.

I thought it was a great hotel staff brilliant and food not too bad. Pool bar good and snacks good. Rooms were cleaned every other day and housemaids were lovely

went for 3 weeks the hotel was lovely staff were great and very hard workers , food was ok always something to eat , maybe could have had a bit more entertainment , would definitely go back as I was made to feel like family , made a lot of friends. you must try the massage at mehmets spa and sauna, also the hairdresser does a good job and a great pedicure , theres a great barman that looks a lot like Cristiano Ronaldo

The hospitality and great service is unmatched. I was very delighted to stay at this hotel with all the stores and beautiful Kleopatra beach nearby. So a very good spot for the hotel. Can’t forget the many entertainments provided and the indoor and outdoor pools.

Had a great time. Close to the beach and had an amazing buffet. Enjoyed the indoor jacuzzi and outdoor pool. Very good service and staff were friendly

Everything was perfect n close to all the shops restaurants n coffee shops n 10 min walk to the park nand 2 mins from the beach, staff were really friendly n always helpful, cleaner was so kind and always cleaned our room so nicely

Nothing to complaint about

La propreté de l’hôtel, il n’y a rien à dire. Le personnelle très très très agréable, accueillant, souriant, fait de leurs mieux pour satisfaire les clients. Une cuisine goûteux mais malheureusement pas variable.

La cuisine n’étais pas variable, il y avait beaucoup de choix mais c’était régulièrement les même choses qui sortait au buffet. L’animation est zéro, les 3 jours que nous avons eu l’animation c’était vraiment nul, personne c’est amusée sauf quand il y a eu les spectacles de danse (pas très professionnel). Le personnelle de la plage, il n’étais pas agréable car il fessait du favoritisme entre les clients. Je ne trouve pas que l’hôtel mérite réellement les 4 étoiles. Le fait de payer les transats de la plage puis ne pas avoir des essuies de plage fait que l’hôtel perd beaucoup de sa qualité. Un point négative aussi, les vêtements du personnelles n’ai vraiment pas adapté à la saison, ils sont en pantalon ou jeans avec une chaleur de 36 degrés sous le soleil se n’est pas humain pour eux.
