Alaiye Kleopatra Hotel

Friendly staff really helpful especially we travelled as a large sports group. Food was great had a good variety. Rooms were great and clean.

Stayed here with extended large family. If I had my way I wouldn’t of stayed here but compromised to accommodate other people’s budgets Good Points (not many): - Decent room aircon. - Never seemed over crowded which was nice. -Staff friendly (blonde girl at the pool bar was nice but very distracted with her phone all the time or flirting with a male colleague, had to always get her attention to get a drink, no customer focus but everyone else great) - Bed comfy enough - Pool nice and big enough and swim up bar always nice. - Fairly clean Bad points (lots) - first of all not a 4 star hotel, should be 2 star ⭐ ⭐ - poor selection of drinks and cocktails, no cocktail list and drinks very limited what you can get. White wine, beer, whisky, vodka. Not a great deal more. - Worst food I have ever had at an all inclusive, selection poor, quality below average and repetitive. - ice pops locked up and added to your bill at the end. WTF!! Always complimentary ice lolly’s for the children every other holiday. Racked up a fortune on these! - entertainment on evenings poor, every other night and wasn’t great - no day time activities or entertainment - charge for a towel around the pool

Customer service was great everyone is so friendly. Located right across the road from the beach and excellent service.

Staff are very friendly & so helpful. Rooms and facilities are clean. Wide variety of food and delicious. And not to forget the cakes 😉

Excellent facilities. Lots of fun. Good cleaning staff. The rooms have everything necessary for a stay. No need to worry.

The rooms were really nice especially the bathroom. The pool was also really good. Overall the food was good however, sometimes it was a bit weird.

Can I just say to the management of this Hotel, I have stayed in a lot of places around the world some more expensive and some cheaper but this hotel is as good as any for the money .. Credit to all your staff from the bottom to the top they are very hard working and also very polite and look after the guests properly, every where is lovely and clean. The staff who I had more to do with was the people in the restaurant, snack bar and drinks bars, all very nice, the food was brilliant way better than a lot of all inclusives ive been to. The Bosses here need to look after their staff because they do you proud .. Hope to return in the future !! Cheers Steve fron Sunny Scunny
