Very cozy and calm neighbourhood

A little bit of dry dusting is needed for the furniture. Glass and mirrors need cleaning as well.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in downtown Victoria.

We liked everything about this place.

Amazing converted grand home, with huge rooms and beautiful decor. The breakfast was varied and interesting, including steamed pork buns in addition to eggs, oatmeal, sausage, and so much more. The bed was comfortable and the location near the waterfront and ferry dock was perfect. Didn't really interact with staff members so I couldn't rate them--this was a self-checkin and out property.

Getting the key and figuring out how to enter and exit was a bit confusing, but didn't take too long to figure out. My room had a jacuzzi with a shower attachment, and even though I closed all the shower curtains when I showered water managed to spray onto the floor which was slippery. Not a big deal, but something I would be more cautious about if I stayed in this room again.

Everything! This hotel is super cozy and its worth its price. The food was amazing. I will definitely come back.

Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Great location, just a block off the busy waterfront front street. Breakfasts were excellent.

The breakfast was exceptional. Great location. The owner/manager was so kind and helped us feel comfortable. It was a great stay and will book again if we go back to Victoria!
