Quiet, comfortable, good value for money, really helpful staff

The most amazing host, amazing historic place to stay. Staying here made my trip so much more enjoyable, I booked another night. Danielle is probably the most amazing person you could meet. I love the breakfast, the garden, the pool, everything!

Very welcoming and charming property. Furnishings are good quality, but a bit dated, which is part of its charm. Great breakfast served and kind people all around.

What a nice place. The owners truly care about the property and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Plenty of free parking on the street next to the B&B. I will definitely stay here again next time we visit San Jose.

I would not return, personally. Multiple spiders in my room on a overnight stay. Bed was too firm for me. A friendly host and tasty food provided does not make up for a total lack of comfort in the room. Thin walls and creaky floors. Not only was this the worst B&B I've ever stayed at, but one of my top 5 worst hotel stays, period. And I travel a lot.

民泊だと思えばよい。 夜7時までしか玄関が開いておらず、玄関の外に私宛の張り紙があった。何とかして部屋に入れたものの、普通の部屋。換気扇がなく、入浴後は部屋が湿気でこもる。上の階の物音や咳の音が聞こえる。 昔、ホームステイした先の家を思い出した！ 朝は宿泊者みんなでテーブルを囲んで食事。これは楽しかった。英語がいまいちな人は厳しいだろう。

I loved staying at the Inn. It is a hidden gem. It is a Victorian style residential house nested in the midst of quiet street in Santa Clara, and converted into B&B in a cosy, stylish and efficient way. All amenities were comfortable, cute, and very comfortable. The rooms are modeled in Retro style, but every detail is so sweet. Comfortable beds were complimented by a fully stashed bathroom (where every detail was thought through: I had everything I needed for the stay, even a hair serum to style hair), and breakfast was freshly made by demand. It was really a lovely experience, and when I come back, I'll always want to stay at the Inn again.
