The White House

A lovely guest house which is run by a family couple. I had a very warm and cosy room, with a fantastically comfortable bed, I had a lovely breakfast and was provided with an unlimited supply of tea. The owners are incredibly supportive and friendly people. The price was very reasonable. Would love to stay here again!

Lovely hosts . Atmosphere. I liked it’s individuality Just great loved the dog . He was so affectionate. Lovely breakfast The shower was wonderful and the bed too comfortable! Graeme and Hazel were very kind . We got later and later in arriving in the evening but they were reassuring . Also stored our bikes . Nothing too much trouble

Breakfast was great and nicely presented. Location was quiet and peaceful, you need a car to get about to visit further afield. But nice to walk around and see harbour and coast.

A superb B&B in a lovely location - thank you to Graeme and Hazel who couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome in their home - beautifully clean and spacious bedroom, and we especially enjoyed our al fresco breakfasts in their fabulous garden - would highly recommend.

Graeme, Hazel, and Cooper (the furry family greeter) were incredibly kind and welcoming. They were patient with me while Booking had an issue with my card and allowed me to leave my bag after check-out time so that I could go on another coastal walk before leaving for another location that wouldn't allow me to drop my bags early. The room was beautiful, airy, quiet, and with a big comfortable bed. Their home was cheerful and they were so easy to have some good conversation with as I was coming or going. The breakfast was just what I wanted and Hazel even helped me make some of the leftovers I couldn't finish into a lovely little fruit and cheese lunch to take on the trail. I will definitely be back!
