The White House

Good location in Pittenween with easy parking in the street. The standard double bed was comfortable The coffee at breakfast was good The hosts were helpful and chatty - but we already knew the East Neuk well.

The bedroom and bathroom were very compact. There was nowhere to sit in the room apart from on the bed, no desk We were not expecting a large (friendly) dog to bark, and jump up at us, every time we arrived Although the breakfast was good with fresh fruit - there were also dangers for a severe nut allergy sufferer with 2x times cereals containing nuts. These were not removed for our second breakfast. There was no separate living space. The TV was on all the time downstairs, even when we were having breakfast at the hosts own breakfast table

The accommodation was excellent, as was the breakfast. The hosts were both friendly and welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about the area. The location was ideal for our purposes.

Great location for touring the Fife coast line, we were made most welcome by Hazel, Graham and of course Cooper🐶, breakfast was delicious, all fresh and locally sourced. Will definitely book again next time we visit Pittenweem.

Could imagine parking might be a slight challenge during the summer season if you arrive by car

Quirky B&B with local artists work displayed, Hazel and Graham our hosts were wonderfully welcoming and Cupar (or Cooper) the gorgeous Labradoodle was a welcome bonus. Good breakfast every morning, never felt rushed which was lovely. Lots of information about the local area to help with exploring. Location is excellent 👍🏼 right next to town centre and harbour. Even the weather more or less behaved when we were out and about 😃. My husband and I would definitely recommend The White House ❤️.

Maybe a slightly bigger TV - we’re not pub goers so after a day exploring and having our evening meal we like to relax watching the tv however given our eyesight (as we age 😀) the very small screen was difficult to see. However, with a pub at the end of the road I realise most people would probably be in there 🤷‍♀️. It’s not a complaint really just a “something to think about”.
