Surpris de découvrir à l'arrivée que le petits-déjeuners étaient facturés en supplément alors que sur la présentation sur le site Booking le prix de la chambre stipulé : "petits-déjeuners inclus". Soit ce n'est pas clairement spécifié sur le site et le choix optionnel n'est pas très visible, ou l'établissement profite de ce manque de visibilité pour augmenter le prix de la chambre! De même s'agissant du parking, lors de la consultation de l'offre il est indiqué un parking privé mais le coût n'est pas spécifié. Bilan le coût de l'hébergement est augmenté de 40% à la sortie.

Le manque de clarté sur la tarification des prestations! L'offre via Booking doit être plus claire. Je recommande aux utilisateurs de Booking d'être très vigilants s'ils ne veulent pas avoir de mauvaises surprises avec ce type d'hôtel!
