"Exactly what was needed"

The price was great for a Business stop over. Dinner was very tasty, and the Bar area comfortable. The staff were all pleasant and a good nights sleep left me redressed do my mornings meetings.

"JUST DON'T DO IT!!"

2.0

Hopefully Travelodge will strip ALL fixtures and fittings out and start again! Poor beds, Poor shower and very old and stained bathroom suite, also dirty and stained carpets.. however in the meantime there charging almost £100 for a £30 room.. just not right.

"Stinky feet/cheese smell in the bedroom"

2.0

Avoid at all cost, the rooms are tiny, we tried 3 different rooms and they stank like rotten feet, the spare pillows had a massive brown stain, the window frame was bent so you had to go outside and lift it so you could close. The carpet in the corridor had peas.

Stayed here to break up a long journey, and it was not what I expected, have stayed in travel lodges many times, i did see on the website that it was new to them and wasnt kitted out to being a travel lodge fully but i was very disapointed with the hotel, the price was a little high for the unkeptness of everything it was Very outdated. Room had an unpleasant odour. A positive though the Staff were friendly at check in

"Stay away"

2.0

The worst hotel I’ve stayed in across Europe. There is not a single thing that you could mark as positive. Not even the cheapness of the hotel room compared to the quality. If Travelodge are serious about using this hotel, it should be fully refurbished before they offer rooms.

"Do not stay here!"

2.0

Wow, where to start.... The rooms, Outdated, dirty, smelt off. The taps in the bathrooms leaked. The beds were rock hard The restaurant, lack of drink choices, Food looked horrendous, we actually went out when we saw the food coming out. Breakfast wasn't anything to shout about. The hash browns were floppy.... Can of pepsi... £2.50. Come on! The staff were not very welcoming. One member of staff was really chatty and smiley but the others were not approachable at all. There are other hotels in the area for similar prices, Go there!

"Travelodge Dartford Crossing"

2.0

I purchases 2 nights at the Travelodge in Dartford Crossing. The quality of the sleeping arrangements was notably subpar. The beds were unnaceptably rigid, and the pillows offered no comfort, feeling akin to solid objects. This directly impacted the ability to achieve a restful sleep. I then had the breakfast which tasted batch cooked, greasy and rubbery. The conduct of hotel staff was abhorrent and unproffesional. Several instances demonstrated this lack of courtesy - staff members were extremely impolite, obnoxious and condesending. Due to my personal circumstances i purchased an extra 2 nights at this hotel. I went to reception to ensure that my online booking went through. The lady who was rather pleasant at the desk gave me 2 new keycards and updated it on the IT system. I made my way back to my room and decided to have a bath. I then experienced 2 highy disruptive intrusions with staff demanding I vacate the room when I already purchased 2 extra nights. They left and said they'd update it on the system. After my bath, i had a nap, which was also disrupted by a rude receptionist. He said the same thing as the previous staff member who knocked on my door. The lack of communication between different departments of the hotel was noticeable. The overall enviroment of the hotel was significantly compromised by the behaviour of other patrons. The noise level from other guest was excessive, leading to a disturbed and uncomfortable stay. Specifically, a loud argument emanating from an adjacent room further detracted from the peace and quiet expected in a lodging establishment. Finally, the physical condition of my room presented several issues. The bathroom tap was loose and unstable, the only good thing was having 24/7 running hot water. Furthermore, the walls had holes suggesting neglect and lack of upkeep. There was also a lack of plugs for charging devices. The laps were obscure and loose too. In conclusion, my stay at Dartford Crossing will not be repeated, and i do not recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in the area.
