Een lift of systeem vanaf de beganegrond (buiten) om met de koffers de lobby te bereiken, Het is erg lastig om met zware bagage de trap op te komen naar de receptie!!

The hotel is magnificent. Its exterior immediately creates a feeling of luxury, and the interior fully confirms it. There is a beautiful garden and many cozy areas for relaxation. The breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant hall is excellent, creating an even more pleasant atmosphere. The spa area is absolutely amazing. After a long day of exploring three countries, you can fully relax there or enjoy a swim in the pool. The hotel is located in a wonderful and quiet area. You can reach Aachen by bus in just 20 minutes, and by car you can be in either Belgium or Germany within about 10 minutes. A perfect location for relaxation and exploring the surrounding area.

There were a few things that I did not like. When booking through Booking, we were not able to reserve a room with breakfast included right away. When we arrived at the hotel, we paid for the first breakfast, but we were still unsure whether we wanted to have breakfast on the second day. When we came for breakfast on the second morning, the price had increased. We were not very happy about this, especially considering that breakfast is already quite expensive. Another thing that surprised me was that despite this being a luxurious four-star hotel, slippers and bathrobes are not included and require an additional payment. Personally, this is something that always surprises me, especially in hotels of this category.
