This is a top notch facility with outstanding customer service. The staff was incredible and made you feel at home.

Everything was just outstanding

I would definitely not recommend this hotel. It offers a complementary shuttle service to and from the port which is nice, however I set it up with them for a 1030 ferry arrival and the shuttle didn’t show till almost 1pm. We called the front desk and they had a different excuse as to why the shuttle hadn’t shown up. When we got to the hotel it is really nice the pool area was nice the lobby was nice, however when we got to our room the floor was still wet and dirty shoe marks were on the floor I had to take a towel and wipe the floor down. Our room was suppose to have a “private pool,” with a sea view. The pool off the balcony was far from private it was a long pool with some bamboo divider which did not go all the way to the bottom of the pool meaning you can hear and see the people next to you as well as just swim under the divider into the next persons pool area. And the sea view were pool hoses and nets that were laid out on dirt just past the pool. The beach was also pretty terrible they call that private as well but allow people to walk up and down it bothering you all day trying to sell you things. It is also impossible to get food or drinks down there. When we arrived at the beach the staff was listening to music and smoking cigarettes hanging out together. There was no one monitoring the people coming up from the public beach so it was definitely not very private or relaxing. Won’t let me type anymore but food was good wait staff terrible only one bar at night awfu

The setting is picturesque, the staff are all amazingly kind, and there is not a singke thing k would change. Even with a large celebration going on outside, the room itself was sound proof. They supply water everyday now to guests, shuttles to town and to the airport. And reslly anything we needed they happily helped with.

We had an amazing stay at the Imperial. Stayed in a room with terrace and jacuzzi with a view to die for. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Due to COVID some amenities were removed from the room but when we asked for espresso machine they put it back so we could enjoy coffee on the terrace first thing in the morning. We couldn't get the room before 3pm so it would be nice to offer a welcome drink or something while waiting as other hotels do. The pool bar food and staff was great too. Breakfast on the other hand was good but rather limited. No menu for a la carte options but you can ask for omelette or fresh pineapple. Overall it was a great stay and wish to be back one day. Thanks for having us.

Myconian Imperial is a little slice of heaven, normally we love the beach and sea but could not pull ourselves away, it was magical

Amazing experience and highly recommend Myconian Imperial! Service was exceptional and all the staff were super friendly. We even had our amazing room upgraded to premium for FREE, which was a lovely surprise. My wife and I were super pleased with everything. Thank you to all the staff for making our honeymoon exceptional, memorable and being super friendly.

Breakfast was fantastic, and service generally was very good. Shuttle service into Mykonos Town was a great feature. Jacuzzi and kids pools were not well maintained with sharp edges and missing covers cutting us a few times. No tea and coffee facilities in the room which is strange for a family friendly hotel

Excellent hotel. Enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that we selected to pay at the hotel but when we arrived the money had already been taken from our account.
