We booked the superior room for our honeymoon on the picture it’s showed that it’s ocean view, that’d the only reason we booked this room however I was really disappointed when we arrived. Our room was not ocean view and the staff told us that a big group would leave the second day and we could change to a better room. The second day we were only given one other choice, a room in the basement, it was dark and damp . I tried to tell the staff it’s our honeymoon and on that day it’s actually my birthday I would appreciated if he can give us a better room but nope. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel for sure. Breakfast was not good as well. Not worth the price I paid.

We payed for sea view. It was partial view. Big shrubs growing in front of balcony, also some electrical equipment making noise ended our balcony,

Very nice resort. Easy access to all the amenities

Beautiful hotel and wonderful service. From the minute we walked in we were treated with a level of service I’ve rarely experienced. The grounds are stunning, with panoramic ocean views from the hillside. Fully amenitized property with restaurants, spa, gym, infinity pool, etc. The rooms were nicely decorated and laid out reasonably well. They were a tad compact, but if you are spending much time in the room you are doing Mykonos wrong. One thing to know is that Elia Beach is within easy walking distance, but everything else requires a 20-30 minute shuttle or taxi ride. If you plan to go into town frequently and stay past 1:00am, it will be a pricey taxi (35-45 euro) back. There is a free shuttle that runs hourly for much of the late afternoon and evening.

Excellent hotel. The facilities are great. Pool area is gorgeous. Liked the sushi restaurant a lot. Hotel staff very helpful.

Property with great view and great smiling staffs always

The service was impeccable! The resort was great! We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was amazing! The two young ladies who served us at the pool we’re just the best by far!! There wasn’t one staff member we could complain about. From the front desk to the service staff to the service employees...we were always their first priority! If I had one complaint it would be the rooms had no drawers! Seems to be the norm on the islands now! We hung some pieces but the rest had to stay in our suitcases... a slight inconvenience. Having said that I would absolutely recommend the resort!

Staff was superb! Food was amazing! Location was quiet, but a bit remote. Fortunately, the shuttle to town was efficient and reliable. Will book again.
