I liked the location and view from the house

No bath soaps, no proper bed covers, sink tap broken, chairs broken. No double bed in room. For 4 people only 2 towels were kept. No dustbin in the toilet. Dustbin which was in kitchen was smelly. Utensils were not properly cleaned. Induction only one was working out of 2.

I like everything

Clean and convenient to trams and transportation, and restaurants. Nice shower, didn’t have any issues with shower curtain as we thought. Beds were very comfy and linens were fantastic and like new, although the lounge bed mattress fell out of the frame when a guest sat on the bed (appeared to be a bent bracket which we “fixed” and put the mattress back in place). Big closets for clothing and storage of suitcases was super convenient and well lit. Tastefully decorated, but some of the wooden canvas frames were warped and easily fell off the wall (a string system would be a better way of hanging than on nails alone). A box of menus and tourist info was a thoughtful touch. Private off street parking was very welcome. Overall very comfortable.

No kitchen towel for drying dishes, no soap in bathroom — minor things really.

The key pad was confusing.

The location and simplicity of accessing the place, clean room,just wold like them to offer kinderbett for younger children (1-3yrs) that safer.
