Kyriad - Deauville St Arnoult

Le personnel est accueillant , le seul bémol la chambre était petite et le chauffage n'avait pas était mis avant notre arrivée.

Personnel très sympathique, mais chambre un peu vétuste avec du mobilier abîmé, et surtout très mal insonorisée, dommage...

Ménage limité. Situé loin de tout. Personnel peu qualifié. je ne laisse pas d avis quand ça va mais la...

hôtel confortable, propre et très proche de la ville. Attention toutefois au personnel d'accueil et de ménage qui me semble manquer un peu de professionnalisme c'est dommage (j'ai failli payer la chambre 2 fois et la femme de ménage est venue frapper 2 fois à notre porte pour nous demander si nous partions, .... ).

Chambre très propre, matelas confortables. Par contre pas de rideau de douche et on mouille le sol de la salle de bain

We booked 5 nights based on good reviews and highly praised reception personnel. On arrival it began OK but soon deteriorated into farce. The manageress had to be called by the young man on reception to help him as he was obviously out of his depth with the system. She obviously wasn't too happy about this,but carried on booking us in,telling us the WIFI code and that we definItely had BBC1 (ENGLISH CHANNEL) on the tv I said I doubt it because their reviews(UK) all said that they did not!! The wifi code did not work,nor was there bbc1 on tv! We tried for 30 minutes,then my wife went to reception and started to explain to the manageress,who listened for about 30 seconds,when her attention was transferred to someone walking. in. My wife said excuse me you are dealing with me,to which the manageress replied- "Stop talking!",my wife tried to continue,only for the woman to then say,loudly "Shut up!" My wife got quite upset at this,told the woman she was exremely rude and arrogant and came back to the room. I then told the woman we would be leaving in the morning as it was too late by now to change hotels.She came to our room, waltzed in,ignored us and proceeded to try and get bbc1 on tv, -failed ,got the wifi working,dropped my wifes tablet on the bed and stormed out of the room without saying a word from start to finish! We contacted Booking.com who were superb,they cancelled the 5 night contract,spoke to the manageress and e-mailed several properties for us to re-book with! The manageress really did us a favour because we booked "Le Mont d'auge" a wonderful b/b--See our review on TRIP under JOMOR Portsmouth England. We checked and there was obviously a management change,in 2016, the manager was someone called Boris,and he and his staff had brilliant reviews YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Generally fine except for the breakfast. Coffee machine not working. Limited choice of food and drink. You are far better off to go to the bakers in the next village They are brilliant but so good as to ruin you for eating croissants and cakes in the UK

A decent hotel overall for £31 a night per person, clean and spacious room and comfy bed. Nice location too by the river. Staff could have been more friendly though. On site bar and restaurant ok but a bit pricey for what it was.
