"Rapport Qualité/Prix médiocre !"

Un petit rafraîchissement général serait bienvenu...un peu glauque dans l'ensemble. Inacceptable vu le prix payé. Chambre ok, un peu trop petite. Odeur bizarre, heureusement qu'il existe des fenêtres. Bon accueil malgré tout, petit déj très correct !

"Good base"

No frills but spotlessly clean comfortable bedroom. Restaurant understaffed but main course for dinner freshly cooked to order so worth the wait. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast fine except last morning when the coffee was very weak and tasteless, I mentioned this at Reception and they said I should have asked for stronger coffee, a small complaint in the scheme of things. Although not central for Deauville itself the hotel is easily accessible to all main routes and is peaceful.

"hôtel simple et calme"

l' hôtel est calme et situé dans une zone proche de l'hypodrome de Deauville . petites suggestions : 1/ pour suspendre les vêtements , il y a une petite penderie ; problème , quand on y accroche les vêtements ceux-ci tombent car le plastique qui supportent les porte-manteaux sont usés ! 2/ dans la salle d'eau il faudrait des supportss de serviettes et des supports de vêtements .

"Very disappointing. We left early"

No air conditioning. They are dog friendly on their site but the dog can't go anywhere except the room and has to be under 10kg. The staff were doing their best but seemed deeply unsatisfied by their surroundings and employment. I think they manage by their proximity to the racecourse which is very popular in the summer time. Unlike the rest of our holiday hotels, they were not very helpful and we chose to move to another town and more dog friendly hotel.

"Niet voor herhaling vatbaar"

Hotel was vuil ,kamers niet proper (stof overal) personeel niet erg vriendelijk,ontbijt bijzonder karig en zwembad was ok niet proper Zeker zijn geld niet waard
