Clean room, comfy bed, pets ok, nice staff.

Only two pillows in the room!

Great value, great location, rooms were clean and well furnished also with AC.

Unfortunately the pool was closed for renos

The Courtenay Greenway walking trail is right there and provides a lovely walking area. Hog and Hen restaurant on the facility is a popular place to buy breakfast with generous portions. Love exploring little shops and facility thrift stores in Courtenay

That the bathroom had been updated. The accessible situation in Courtney.

The kitchen area was shabby. The appliances worked but were only and not too clean looking.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean. It’s also right next to the river walkway which was pleasant to take a stroll long. Fantastic location, close to many good restaurants.

Pillows could have been better. AC units are noisy. But overall a pleasant experience

there's window in the bathroom

if there's hair dryer in the room, that would be better.
