"I would stay there again without hestitation."

Hard to fault a good, solid, one-night stay. A great bonus is being located next to the EXCELLENT Hog & Hen Cafe, and (for a birdwatcher) an easy walk to the Courtenay Airpark salt marsh.

This is being ultra-picky: as a Brit, I always like a kettle and teabags. But I am happy to settle for the decent coffee that was in the room.

As usual the room was clean and comfy. The location is perfect for my needs. The people are friendly that work there. I like the walk way being rite behind the motel for getting around. Very short walk to town.

The location was fantastic. It was within walking distance to the Ophthalmologist office and right beside an awesome sushi restaurant.

"Great location for a weekend stay in Courtenay."

The bed was super comfy, there was a selection of pillows to choose from, it was clean, and the few staff members I came in contact with were all really friendly. It was in a great location, and I was able to walk to the main strip/downtown area to check out the shops and restaurants.

The people next door were really loud. The hotel can't control this, but I recommend ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.
