Réservation confirmé mais lors de mon appel à 18H30 , l’hôtel me dit que la chambre était annulé. On me dit que c’est booking qui devait me prévenir . J’ai plusieurs échange par mail car par téléphone s’est impossible mais toujours pas d’explication et aucune compensation . Très déçue de booking , je n’en ferai pas la pub . Je suis toujours en attente mais j’ai peu d’espoir

Niets werd 2 uur voor aankomst telefonisch geannuleerd in gebrekkig frans.

Het annuleren en dat alleen in frans of spaans. Dame kon geen engels. Zou per mail worden bevestigd is niet gedaan. Daarom zelf eerst nog bericht verzonden en daarna toch maar geannuleerd om zo niet tot dubbele kosten te komen.

Ayant réservé une chambre pour deux nuits du 23 au 25 mai 2026 (réservation confirmée sous le numéro 5928714964), à l'arrivée le samedi 23 mai à 16h00, pas de chambre disponible. Je n'étais pas le seul dans cette situation, une dizaine de clients a dû rebrousser chemin. C'est inadmissible pour une telle enseigne.
