Parkplatz gratis vor der Tür. Einkaufszentrum fußläufig.

Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Klimaanlage macht nur Geräusche (30 Grad).Elektrische Installationen schadhaft. Fenster defekt.Bad mit Schimmelbefall und Ablagerungen auf den Sockelleisten. Lichtschalter abgenutzt . Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr schlecht !!!
