"This is a really bad hotel"

The beds were very comfortable

The pull out bed was disgusting didn’t even get to use it, the bathroom walls were cracked, barley any breakfast swimming pool wasn’t working cause of adults pooping in it. Not very good area.

Most of the staff we kind.

Pool closed (not their fault). No hand soap. Remote didn’t work except to change the channel l when mentioned it they didn’t do anything.

Bed was comfortable. Location was good.

No toilet paper or kleenex. Shower soap and shampoo were empty. TV remote didn't work. Stains on sheets. No hand towels. Window to our room was wide open when we checked in. Carpet was dirty. They need a new maid. She is skipping a few steps cleaning the rooms.

The location was the only really good thing about it.

One pillow per queen size bed. No blankets on the beds. One room didn't have fridge. Coffee pots didn't have proper parts. Pool was not open. When asked for more pillows and blankets was told they broke the key in the door and couldn't get any. There was garbage on the floor in one room. No kleenex or soap in either bathroom. Charged me 2 different prices for same type of rooms. I had stayed here several times before and it was never like this. Very disappointing.

"Not safe and was a scary situation, Had to leave right after arrival and get a different hotel"

Bedding was stained. Windows broken out. locks on room door were broken. smelled like weed. Did not appear like pictures. Did not refund
