"Worst stay EVER!"

The front desk lady was wonderful! That is all that was good about the place!

The pool was down, the workout room was closed, the waffle maker was broke for breakfast, there were stains all over the bedding even a cigarette burn in a non smoking hotel, even seen what looked like the roach the morning before we left in the bathroom.

"Not at all what we paid for."

Honestly everything about this place was awful.

When we got there to check in at 7pm our room wasn’t even clean and they just put towels in and had us go in. Pool didn’t work all weekend ice machine didn’t work we had a reservation that said pull out couch and that was not what the room was equipped with.

Hotel smells of pot, it hits you in the face when you enter. Room had sticky carpet, stained bedding and curtains, cigarette burn in bedding, burnt out lightbulbs, hole in lampshade, television did not work, no hand towels or tissues. Dumpy. Shared a review with corporate who in turn sent a form letter about them trying harder. I’m sure nobody read my concerns or cares.
