The manager was very rude and upon checkout she charged me a $50 smoking fee for a room that was not smoked in and I have video evidence

Beds were uncomfortable, night desk clerk was rude when asking for towels, fitness room was a joke. There was no hair dryer or iron in the room

Everything. Bed was dirty and location is not ideal.

Nothing, initially the price.

I specifically asked for handicap accessibility. I was told it was available and then when I called you check on the booking I was told our room was upstairs with no elevator. My mom is not able to walk up stairs at all. I wouldn't have booked if it didnt say it was handicap available. The number it says to call would not go thru. So I had t look up the # to reach someone. When I did Finally get someone on the phone she was rude and not caring or helpful of the situation. She also said she would not help me with the booking or change anything at all. Overall bad experience

Location was convenient.

Room smelled like cigarettes BADLY, and when we requested another room, the front desk agent said they did not have any. However, we were able to go on their website and see that they had several still available for rent. Terrible.

TV didn’t work, no ice in the machine, missing light bulb, breakfast cereal was stale, bugs in my room.
