I checked into the room. I went upstairs to lock on the door was broke. The sheets were all messed up and there were no blankets on the bed. I went back downstairs, and I told the front desk. She gave me another room. The second room was the same way. The lock was broken on the door the sheets and everything. No, blankets on the bed. So I went back down and I checked out and went to a different hotel. This is unacceptable.

Sheets were strained, AC unit had broken buttons.

Sheets were clean.

No TV because of week cable connection. First call to desk left message. Second call answered and was told to call back in 10 minutes. Went to desk, "source" is "info" on remote. After all of that "weak signal". No light bulb in bedside lamp. Stairway needed vacuuming. Heating was so noisy, didn't run. Pipes under sink caked with dust. Hole in wall from electrical box next to bed. In hallway there is cage type apparatus on the wall that could be hazardous to a tall person. "Poor" rating was generous. Should not be listed on any sites.

Absolutely Terrible Experience — Beware! I stayed here for a few days for work, and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Day one: nonstop arguing from a couple in the next room. Day two: kids running around half-naked outside with a dog off-leash while the dad just watched. But the real issue came later — the so-called “security guard.” This man was completely out of line — clearly intoxicated, aggressive, and racist. My partner and I were simply sitting in our vehicles talking when he came over, shined a flashlight directly into our car, and started demanding our room number, asking if we even stayed there. Things got so bad that the police had to be called just to calm the situation down. If you value respect, safety, and professionalism, avoid this place at all costs. Easily one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced.

Horrible smell in our room and in Building B. Bedding was dirty, and I had to have new linens put on beds and pillows. There was no toilet paper in our room, and I had to request housekeeping to bring some. TV didn't work. Very run down poor conditions. Cracks in tile in bathroom. Sliding pocket door for a bathroom door. The exhaust fan was very loud and turned on with light. Poor lighting. The entrance door to building B was boarded up on the inside of the building with plywood.

I like that the staff went out of there way and gave me and my husband a extra 30;mins in the pool due to us making it back to the hotel a little after the pool closed. And the breakfast was not ok at all cold and was like it was left over from Weeks ago.

I didn't like that we checked in and the hotel staff was being short and rude with us and plus she put us in a room where the air didn't work and didn't bother to tell usm

The hot tub was dirty and the water wouldn't get any warmer than tepid. The TV didn't work. My bed had one pillowcase, and one towel. Multiple calls to front desk went unanswered. Upon checkout, the front desk upon hearing my issue, refused to refund any part of my money. Was promised the manager would call me about the issues. It's been all week with no phone calls or refund on card. I'm an influencer on social media with over 5000 local followers. They are going to hear about this and share it. This place is obviously declining quickly thru inept management, and total lack of any upkeep or maintenence.

Everything. The floors were dirty. Room wasn’t vacuumed at all. Staff weren’t friendly at all. There was no breakfast available aside from coffee. No blankets in the room. Only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.
