Poorly managed

Worst place we have ever stayed.

Good location not far from I-80 and gas stations.

Room we requested was not available. Given an “upgrade “ to a room that had only been partially cleaned. Beds not made, no towels, waste baskets not emptied, no towels or soap in bathroom and floors not vacuumed. Repeated requests for supplies ( blankets, sheets and towels) met with a shrug and eventually an apology.

Terriable, everything was broken and or old.waffle maker was non commercial juice machine empty . out of eggs and sauage.toaster burned everything , cereal super old and mostly empty,tables dirty and a mouse house trap was in the dining area. A mother with 5 kids was unable to feed her family. Sauage gavy was there but nothing to put it on This is a drive by hotel, drive by and dont stop. Should be torn down. No Operational TV or cable either, just a disaster and bathtub drained slow. No shampoo,stinky little bar of soap. Just terriable and room was dirty also with really old paint and beds,chair and desk.

See above. No redeeming social value.

I will never ever come here again.

The AC was broken, there were no blankets or pillow covers.

Worst place ever stayed. Air conditioner sounded like a jet engine ready to take off. No pillow cases on pillows. Requested a different room was told nothing available. Hallway was dirty. Refrigerator was just a block of ice. Needed defrosted. Would not recommend to anyone.

This place was nothing like advertised. The amount I paid for my room with a hot tub was WAY more than it was worth. The place was run down and gross. The bathroom door was busted and the bottom was screwed back on and wouldn’t shut all the way. The outside of the bathroom was missing a big mirror or something that was hanging. The hot tub was questionable and we didn’t feel comfortable using it. The windows were absolutely filthy around the whole building. There were stains all over the couch/pull out bed. Brown stains all over the bathroom door and wall. Not a single decoration. A small tv clear across the room from the bed and not angled to where you can watch from bed. It was hot and the air wouldn’t keep up. The furniture was old, pant peeling, and gross. No big breakfast area like pictured, no food, just coffee and the coffee they had was sitting out and sugar was just in a cup sitting there. Not worth it. This place is not somewhere I would ever go back to.
