"Not bad, but for a Hilton you expect a better breakfast."

it is clean and with the gym and swimming pool is a good bonus, the rooms have USB ports at the side of the bed to charge your phone and aircon in the room keep you nice and cool.

The breakfast was the weakest part of the stay with limited hot food available no beans, mushrooms, and the hotel is a little dated and needs refreshing.

"Bad Experience"

We have stayed here several times while visiting family for holidays. Our reservation was made three months in advance and I specified the type of room I wanted. I was direct with the reservation when I called the hotel initially: junior suite, any floor but not the one near the elevator or ice machine. When we arrived right at check in time (3pm) no room was available. We had booked for 4 nights. Only the room with the ice machine on the other side of the bed was available. When I voiced my disappointment to the person on the phone he transferred me to the assistant manager Shannon They each had different stories as to why the room we had reserved so long ago was not available. Her answer to the problem was to cancel our stay at Hilton Garden and find other accommodations. Where would we get something for 4 nights over Easter weekend?? We are totally dissatisfied with the way this was handled and said so. We will not be returning. Not a nice way to treat repeat customer and Hilton Honors members.
