Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Marietta

Overall our experience was pretty good! Hotel was clean & pricing was acceptable.

We checked in at 4 o’clock and went to dinner and a baseball game. The room was 78° when we checked in with the thermostat at 77. We adjusted it to 72. When we returned it about 1130 that night the room was still 78°. It turns out They knowingly put us in a room without a working air conditioner without informing us. Additionally, the shower drain did not work and had to be unscrewed to drain the tub. There was no hot water pressure so you had a choice of a dribbling warm shower or a strong cold shower but nothing in the middle Worst hotel experience I’ve had in years

The locations is pretty good, not within walking distance, but close to Truist park

The hotel was very hot, dated, and not really clean.

Love that this hotel is dog and cat friendly.

After staying there and not getting any room service for cleanup after my first night, I knew it was the hotel that gave me a rash on my forehead and small red itchy welts all over my body, neck, arms, most likely caused from bed bugs. The most dirty hotel I have been too and know for sure these bed bugs came from there

My fiancee and I went for a long weekend to see the Braves play, and I have never stayed in a Hilton hotel as dirty as this one (and I am a Hilton Honors member). Upon walking in the room, I checked out the bathroom and found brown and red splatters on the wall behind the toilet and on the wall at the vanity plus hairs on the back of the toilet and mascara and other product residue all over the bathroom counter. When I walked into the sleeping area it was not any better - all lamp shades had yellow and brown stains all over them! The worst part for me was the bed. When I pulled the sheets back, there were two large clumps of dark hair in the sheets. I called the front desk and told them and they were not apologetic at all but said they’d let housekeeping know. We left to get food and when we got back, the bed had been remained but we pulled back the sheets to find more hair. Since our trip was so short, we were unable to find somewhere to stay and if we had not driven so far to get here we would have left before our first night. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel!

Air broke in room , no other rooms available, and the manager told us they called us to let us know to get another room the day prior. That is not true. That is not true. We had no missed calls on the phone.phone log and had no email. Due to the car race and the brave spot baseball game there were no other rooms available at an other hotel. We paid premium for the nightly rate and at least expect a 50% discount trying to sleep in a 78°.Room. The water pressure was very low in the shower. I have never wrote a bad review on a hotel. I am hoping put a procedure in place so this does not happen again.

Beautiful property with lots of trees. Lobby is warm and inviting. Room was very nice. Good layout!
