extremely convenient, friendly staff, clean rooms- my only not even real complaint would be the hallways and elevators were HOT lol.

Pleasant area I like the lobby The food was good The room was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom setup was nice.

I had to call the front desk about sofa-bed linen hadn't been changed. I asked him to call housekeeping but he said that housekeeping was gone for today. I said bring the clean linen to me, I'll change it. So they did. I say thanks. The Bar not so great, but the bartender was nice.

Interior of property is ran down, elevator did not work. Hallway and room are in need of cleaning and updating

Service was excellent, but if you’re looking for comfort, this is NOT your place to stay. The beds a VERY uncomfortable, there is only 1 full size pillow on each queen bed, our toilet was running, and wouldn’t flush properly, when we got to the room it was VERY hot, and it took a. VERY LONG time for it to even get comfortable.

The best is the breakfast . The attendants are superb. The receptionist is bad. I arrived at 9:15 pm , no one there. Finally a woman showed up and took care of a long phone call before giving me my room key. No bottled water available. Even for a Hilton Honors member. The restaurant service is non existent. Arriving before 9:30 pm I requested a menu a they said only fries and nuggets.

I truly enjoyed every aspect of this stay at Hilton Gardens, Marietta. I arrived at 10:45pm, after driving all day. "Keys" greeted me, with a warm and calming smile, as did everyone I encountered. The staff are amazing. My room was spacious and comfortable. The bed allowed a deep, restful sleep. the peaceful and comfortable room bed. Housekeeping also was attentive and helpful, even the young man moving laundry bins greeted me with a smile. Peter checked me out with the same energy. I encourage every one who asks to stay at the Hilton Gardens on Windy Hill RD.

I am so angry that I picked this hotel to stay at. Why do hotels not care AT ALL about people who drive electric cars. There are 4, yes 4 chargers here. 2 Tesla and 2 regular ones. One of the regular ones was completely broken off and the other one was broken at the connection not allowing it to connect with the car. The Tesla ones do not fit on my TESLA adapter. So, we have to spend an extra 1/2 hour tomorrow to charge because of the hotel not taking care of the chargers. Shameful! There were NO carts when we got here "oh sorry we just had a large group that checked in and took the 4 that we have!!!" 4 carts - 4 carts for a LARGE hotel? Shameful!!!!!! So, I had several bags not on wheels that I had to carry to my room - that were heavy- as the carts didn't come back over an hour after we got there. The food. There were only a couple of items available on the menu "the order did not arrive" so we had 2 items to pick from. WHAT??????? I am just dumbfounded by this, and I will never return to this hotel. Had it not been 8 at night I would have LEFT and gone somewhere else, but it was too late to do that. The guy working the front desk could have cared less that there were no working chargers and that there were NO carts. A "cursory" sorry was all we got. I really would like a refund of this stay - the a/c in the room is freezing - I have it turned up to 71 and it is coming out ice cold. Need I say more? I am a Hilton Silver member, and I was appalled.
