"It was horrible and we left with an hour!"

The elevator was out and we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs with our luggage!! When we got in our room the carpet was soaking wet & the room smelled musty! We asked for another room and he hotel was sold out! We asked for our money back and left. They refused because we booked with a 3rd party!!!! Will never do that again!
