"We were close to where we needed to be."

Staff was great! Bed was comfortable.

Shades were not working properly and one did not have blockout for the outside lights. Room was bright all night and the tv remote didn’t want to work. Did not like the nickel and dining. $2 for a bottle of water in the room. Had to buy breakfast if we wanted to eat in the morning. Only one coffee in the room.

The location is great. It is very close to a lot of food places, major highway, and not too far from the city.

We stayed for two nights, and once we woke in the morning and left for the first full day...we expected as I have always had for room service to bring new towels and make the bed. When we arrived back that evening and say that it wasn't done, we called downstairs and they said room service only works every other day. I have been to many hotels and have never heard anything so ridiculous. Then to be charged $15 for a breakfast buffet that was very lackluster was another disappointment. Lastly, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom were underwhelming.
