"Great experience"

Location was really nice, there are restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance. The rooms looks great, clean and well maintained. Noise level is very low. Service is great from the front desk to the fill in bar tenders. All staff has a great and friendly attitude. The pool and patio area looks really nice and clean. The only problem was that the pool closes at 7 pm :(. Our room service person Sherieda clean our room to a 5 star level and provided extra towels where needed. Also, very friendly!!!!!

"Lovely hotel close to lots of dining options"

My husband and I have always enjoyed our stays at this hotel and this time is no exception. The staff is wonderful, very kind and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and housekeeping staff are very accommodating and helpful. Food at the onsite restaurant is very good and the pool area is newly refurbished. MovieTowne is right next door and has a large selection of restaurants and a movie theatre. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Port of Spain.

"Excellent Service"

I enjoyed my stay especially because of the service. Ria from housekeeping. Kernisha, Melissa and Nourisha at breakfast. Everybody took well care. But the gym is a little bit small and crowded in the morning.

"Diamond Elite Experience"

We spent three nights at the Courtyard Marriott POS Trinidad and we would do it again in a heartbeat. From the General Manager Nicol and Front desk agent Latisha to Team in the breakfast and lounge dining area it was a great experience kudos to Darron, Food and Beverage Manager who make sure his team and guests are happy, and to Housekeeper Ria we felt extremely well taken care of and safe. They all remembered our names and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everything was clean and spotless. Take my word please stay you won't regret it and this is coming from a Manager of Rooms Operations for Marriott international who travels to many Marriott hotels worldwide again if I can't remember all the names you folks made me feel welcome it was an outstanding stay. Every staff member was attentive. They went over and above with attention thanks again POSCY

Excellent customer service as always in this hotel . Recently updated facility and the warmest welcome from the staff . Highly recommend, the check out with Jahnah was an absolute pleasure .
