The room was well kept and clean, staff at the front desk were very warm and friendly and the staff made us feel so welcomed. They were like family. Rooms Care Manager, Leslie Ann Dorner-Byron hats off you you and your team.

The hotel is clean, great facilities, however the best thing about staying here is the staff! The hotel is under renovation and they updated us on any possible noises. All the staff were so friendly and helpful in an authentic way. They also left little treats in our room and the housekeeper did hand written notes when she cleaned our room. The only downside was the strength of the WIFI, but perhaps it is due to the renovation. I most certainly will be back.

It’s rare to find a hotel where you feel so seen and supported, but this Courtyard truly delivers. A special kudos to the HR Manager — the staff is a credit to your leadership and hiring choices. You've created something truly special here. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and deeply appreciative. I’ll absolutely be returning — and recommending to all!

SHREIDA in housekeeping went above and beyond. Again all the staff made my stay an excellent trip. The front desk and restaurant staff were so professional and courteous

The staff there was excellent in terms of assisting and simple manners as well. Only issue was construction noise early in the morning time.
