Atlantic Sands Hotel & Conference Center

Attended a group gathering with friends, September 2025. Hotel has seen better days with peeling paint and some threadbare carpeting. In our room, the tissue paper holder was broken and couldn't be used. Insufficient parking - one evening we had to park on the street after finding nothing in the lot. Room was otherwise OK and a decent size. For the price, there are better options.

The property is def. in need of upgrades / I did hear they are doing some and almost all the rooms will be showers w/no tub so that was disappointing as I'm a bath gal. The water was nice and HOT which was wonderful. Great view of the ocean. The bed was pretty comfy. The pillows were not normal pillows but square ones (like you'd put on a couch) so glad we brought our own.Overall, nice property, convenient and friendly staff.

The best part was the staff at the onsite restaurants/bars - Kiwi's Kove and Kiwi's Tiki Hut. Excellent service and such a nice group of young people! Aside from the restaurant setting, we also had several other opportunities to chat and learn a bit about them. Though they were all awesome, we were fortunate enough to have the most interactions with ANNA. There were several times that she went above and beyond what we expected and was always so sweet. The Sands is so lucky to have her! The restaurants have a nice menu and all the food was great. Very nice cocktail menu as well, and you can't beat the open air view of the beach since it's right off the boardwalk. There's also a nice coffee shop with limited hours that is accessed from outside, to the left of the main hotel entrance. Hotel desk staff could have been friendlier and more personable. I did report an issue on our last day and the woman we spoke to then was friendly and responsive, but other than that, the feeling was lukewarm at best. The lobby is attractive and modern, but that's where it ended. Our room did not look like the newly refurbished rooms in the photos. The best part was the oceanfront balcony, but the room itself was tired and worn and they would not change our room. Side-sleepers: I recommend bringing some kind of padding. I kept waking up from rib pain because of the extremely hard mattress. I'll wait until the new hotel is done next door in 2027 before going back; we'll walk over to Kiwi's though!

The location is perfect. Front desk staff could be friendlier. The bathroom had some mold due to age. Would not allow a late checkout, even 1 hour on a Monday. 3 stars out of 5

Really loved front desk staff Ana and Gus. They made my stay extra special. I even extended my stay because I felt taken care of. Room service staff was 10/10. Amazing team all around. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Room is clean with ocean view. Great resort!

The staff and hotel was very good. Convenient to beach and boardwalk. The room was clean. My only suggestion for this hotel is to replace carpeting throughout the halls and rooms.

We loved the location of the hotel--great access to everything we need in Rehoboth. The room was very clean and attractive. The price was quite reasonable. We particularly enjoyed Alyssa at the reception desk!
