Fun place to stay, easy walk to the beach

Stayed in a Queen Suite South room and it was great, except for the water pressure in the shower (horrible). Otherwise, it was super clean, and the limited ocean view was fine. Staff were all very nice. They have a great pool with adjoining bar/restaurant (although stick to the menu drinks...I tried to order a strawberry margarita and had to send it back twice...LOL). Great location close to everything. Would definitely return.

Only complaint is that the shower water tends to spill out of shower which becomes a slipping hazard.

The property while dated was nice. But there were bugs in the bathroom I took pictures. Our box of Fractured Donuts was filled with ants when we got back from the beach. We had a room on the 4th floor. We didn’t bring this to the attention of the staff. Will not stay there again. Anna Hoover

Nice hotel in a perfect location. All restaurants and beach are in walking distance. No need to move the car or pay for parking. The rooms are clean. Tiki bar right next to hotel. Friendly staff. We loved our room "327". Had two nice views on both sides. Nice breeze off the water.

Right off the board walk , close to shops

Very conveniently located to the best Rehoboth has to offer. Elevators are small and old but they work. Floor 2 is a good option to avoid the need to take an elevator.

Liked the stay. Friendly staff.

The room was perfect. 2 beds and a couch is perfect for our family.
