Atlantic Sands Hotel & Conference Center

Upon arrival it was immediately obvious walking through the main entrance that there’s notable deferred maintenance. The side automatic door works inconsistently. Check in was easy enough and Scott was pleasant. The room resembles nothing like the website suggests. House keeping came daily but left a cleaning rag in the room on a night stand. Both the mattress and the pillows are far beyond their life expectancy. The hotel location is second to none and that would be our only positive note of feedback. Without a complete overhaul of the property we would not stay here again.

Hotel is in a fantastic location, plenty of parking and has a pool. We had a nice room. Check-in was easy and housekeeping came everyday. The hotel is a bit as you expect for the shore. Would recommend.

Loved the ocean front balcony.

Missing ironing board. Cofffee machine didn’t work. No hot water until maintenance unrestricted the faucet. First and last stay there.

Last day of another fantastic stay. Had a blast. Staff as always treated us all as family. See you all in October! The best location in town!

Room ready early, great parking available, ocean fron room was clean and updated. All the good things!

Perfect location for a stay in Rehoboth Beach.

Annual trip to Rehoboth, and you can't get any closer to the beach and shopping. We chose to stay in the older secrion, but we had a steaight on virw of thr boardwalk and ocean. We will be back next year.
