Great place to stay, close to everything.

Great location, room was in great shape, staff was very helpful and super easy parking! We had an oceanfront room and it was great!

Location was nice. Check-in was easy and much appreciated early check-in. Elevator was limited

Great access to the boardwalk. Room had a good ocean view and was clean. Handicap access to front door and to the pool area are very difficult to use. Ramp areas need improvement.

My only issue was how thin the walls are. I had to be up at 5 and the room next door was being loud until 3. We did contact the front desk and they handled it. But it was still happening off an on until 3 am. Just needs better insulation in the walls.

Great location, safe, clean, & family oriented

The Sands is a few steps away from the boardwalk, stores & beach which is the selling point of the hotel. The staff were helpful & polite. The room was average at best. The property needs to be upgraded. Hallway carpets need to replaced and the couch in our suite should be replaced with a faux leather instead of fabric which had a light cigarette smell.

Could have more dining options and a larger pool area to accommodate more folks.

Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool and the Ocean. Sunrise was spectacular. Originally concerned room would be noisy due to proximity to outdoor pool, but not a problem. Only stayed two days as a medical emergency required us to leave early. We will definitely return next year.

This property is dated! All the doors are unlocked until 9 pm. The carpet needs to be replaced and tile throughout! Its room was small. Just not good for the cost!
