Such a cute place! Location is great! So many places to walk to. Walkable to Bixby park and to the beach! Breakfast is included! It’s homemade and sooo good! Definitely recommend this place.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s an oasis of peace and quiet in a wild city :) I felt very safe and at home. And Pat makes the best breakfasts. :) would highly recommend if you’re staying in Long Beach.
I liked that this was a historic residential area. Very lovely neighborhood. being that is was an older home the room was warm but not a problem. Beautiful all around! loved it.
We loved the quite neighborhood steps from the beach. Pat is a gracious host and a wonderful person which translates into this beautiful home. We enjoyed her company and her delicious breakfast. I lived blocks away in the 90s. I felt right at home!

Lovely place
I love the feel of this home and the breakfast was so good. It was perfect for me to just get away and think. The area is awesome too being so close to the beach.
