The Château is a great boutique hotel. Great value and wonderful staff.

It was a great weekend and a beautiful place very relaxing.

I appreciate the staff for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. No matter what our concerns were, the staff continuously went out of their way to make sure our concerns were addressed.

Exceptional service from the moment of arrival. The staff were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Room was clean.

Just ok. The property is older, a bit worn. The door needed weather stripping, the carpet was old and felt unclean, and the property maintenance starts early with a blower, so no sleeping in. The lakeview was pretty and the shower amenities were nice. The bed was not for me at all. Very soft and no edge support. You sink right in with this fluffly pillow top. But, the rate I got was unbeatable.

This was an absolutely delightful place to stay. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was super comfortable, the views were spectacular of the lake and surrounding area. We were greeted with champagne upon entering, and even though we did not eat dinner there, the menu for the restaurant looked delicious! Very, very, very nice people and we will definitely stay there again.

Lovely location, easy to access.

This hotel could be a real gem, but there is very little attention to detail and our experience was really upsetting. For example, the outdoor furniture, in addition to being quite old and damaged, is also very dirty. The hotel is also presented as “Breakfast included”, but it is not on weekends, which is misleading. The weekday breakfast is also extremely limited with only sweet options. The restaurant on site is also very disappointing: for example, the expected lovely burrata salad was in fact 3 (no more) slices of not-ripe tomatoes with 3 short slices of mozzarella (not burrata) but did cost $18. Some staff members are extremely nice, others not as much, and management is not available when issues arise. I barely have to write negative reviews, but this was not the stay we expected for this price range and according to the description.
