The Chateau at Lake La Quinta

This hotel was so beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable. Hotel beds are not know for their comfort, but this one was amazing. The breeze off the water, the customer service was great. Perfect for a simple honeymoon or anniversary getaway. Definitely staying here again!!!!!

This is a beautiful building with lots of charm. It does feel a bit neglected in the outdoor spaces. Pool furniture is tired and needs pillow replacement. I am fussy about cleanliness. On the surface things looked ok. However, if you look closely, the rooms need a serious deep cleaning. We didn’t use the patio outside our room as it was full of leaves and the chair pillows were not clean. The location was convenient for us and the room price point was very reasonable. We would highly recommend if the improvements listed above were possible.

Really another hidden gem in LQ. Loved the privacy and excellent lakefront setting. Breakfast was perfect. Very centrally located. Perfect romantic stop for couples.

Showers kind of smell and photos online are definitely cat fishing but overall good

It’s a nice place to stay

I booked the Superior Room specifically because the listing on Hotels.com showed rooms with hardwood flooring, which is important due to my wife's allergies. However, upon arrival, we were given a room with old, dirty carpet that hadn't even been vacuumed properly. I have photos to document the condition. The balcony was also very dirty, making it an unpleasant space to sit and relax. While the view was nice, that was unfortunately the only positive aspect of our stay. Even the pool was not clean, and we ultimately chose not to use it. Overall, this stay was a disappointment and felt like a waste of both money and time. It's a lesson learned-we won't be returning, and I'll be sharing this experience in reviews so others can make a more informed decision.
