"Excellent Experience"

This historic hotel gives you the experience of being in Mexico. The staff is beyond accommodating, especially Pablo. He made sure all our family was taken care of and made sure the wedding invites had a pleasant experience as well. This hotel has an exceptional location to the catedral and has a beautiful rooftop restaurant where you can have coffee in the morning or enjoy the city lights at night. Definitely will stay again at Juaninos. Thank you Pablo

Staff was very nice, courteous, and helpful. Facility was well kept and well maintained. Construction was going on outside, however, it was the city constructing and not the facility. Can’t blame the hotel for the noise.

"Great experience in the middle of a pandemic"

I had to travel. I had no choice. Was very affraid of staying at a hotel. What about sanitary conditions? Well, Juaninos was all I could never imagine to stay relieved and comfortable. Beautiful stay in the middle of an emergency business trip. Everything well taken care of. Unique location. Great service. Once this pandemic ends, I will go back on a pleasure trip.

"Morelia Stay"

Hotel was nice and clean , upset that the only rooms that have a view of the cathedral are rooms with 2 double beds. There are no King size beds with views. Also the restaurant is close on Sunday and in the evening there is a strong sewer smell In the hotel and rooms. Nice hotel and staff was nice but I would not return because of beds type and smell.

"Great hotel"

Been in this hotel many times over the last 15 years (or perhaps more). Rooms are confortable and silent (except the ones below the restaurant and bar). The staff is very kind and helpfull. The hotel is in one corner of the main plaza in Morelia and very close all attractions and restaurants down town. I'll return...

Beds are comfortable. If you’re on the outside it can be a little loud. The restaurant is fantastic!
