Residence Inn Milford

Great location, nice room, bed was uncomfortable.

Nasty hotel they camouflage everything dogs destroy the property the piss all over the rugs the staff is rude they clean the rugs with dirty water use a black light in the rooms they only care about the smell housekeeping can’t see they all old so much dirt in that place surprise no one walks away with a fungus

Like the pool and room. Wish there were rooms with two queens beds. Would like Coffee to be out all the time. decaf too.

It had a lot of drawer space for cosmetics, etc. We loved Rebecca at the front desk and MJ in the kitchen service dept. Both ladies were very friendly and efficient.

Hard to find parking out front at night; however, we found parking at the adjacent sister hotel.

We enjoyed our stay, everyone was so welcoming and friendly.

Place is very nice and the staff is awesome

As with most Marriott's, travelers will likely get what they expect. Effective, efficient lodging with a reasonable price. Pleasant enough staff at this Residence Inn, but where is the compelling reason to go back? Don't know if it is the norm throughout the hotel, but room next door had garbage outside their door at 8PM, and it was still there at 7AM in morning. Certainly don't expect instant trash pick-up, but do expect by next morning trash will be gone. That is the kind of basics I expect with Marriott, even at this price point.

The coffee urn was empty at 6:45am. Pancakes were rubbery, otherwise enjoyed our stay
