We liked that it was quiet

Bathroom shower was dirty

The room was very clean.

There was NO hot water for a shower in the morning, so I had to take a cold shower..

We have stayed here many times and enjoyed it every time.

Service and staff are very good: attentive and accommodating. I stayed here last year and chose this facility again this year.

It was a great stay in Residence Inn Milford. Thank you to the hotel staff. They are all friendly and very helpful (especially the ladies in the reception). I love the room that we stayed in - clean, comfy beds, etc. (Thanks a lot to Akeem Davis, I truly appreciate it) Breakfast was great. Housekeeping staff and maintenance were quick in responding to our requests. Location and the parking are excellent. The room is spacious and comfy. We would love to come back.

One of the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen

I almost titled this “very clean hotel” because this hotel is a very clean and well maintained property. The rooms are spacious with great windows and lots of lighting. The rooms are updated and appealing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I slept well. Speaking of that, the hotel is very quiet. In some hotels you can hear people in the hallway. or water in the pooped from other room, but not this hotel. The shower was clean and had excellent water pressure. Any staff we encountered were pleasant and courteous. The breakfast was a step up from continental, but well attended and stocked. This property had everything you’d want in a hotel.
